Holy Prism can be easier to use as the Holy Power from Light's Hammer is easily wasted as it comes awkwardly over the duration of it, sort of reminiscent of Divine Resonance. You should simply spend this extra Holy Power as you would normally. When playing Light's Hammer the Tier Set only impacts our rotation in so far as it grants us extra Holy Power.
